All houses are washed with a soft wash system. We start with watering all vegetation and turn to a cleaning solution to eradicate mold, dirt, and spider webs. After letting the solution sit it is washed off with water.
Roof Cleaning
Roofs are washed with a Zero Pressure method. We are able to get rid of the pesky and unsightly black streaks on your roof with as much pressure as a SOFT rain shower. This process is safe for shingles and roofs. Manufacturers recommend cleanings every 5-8 years.
Driveways/Sidewalks
We begin with a mixture of water, cleaning solution and soap to soak into the pores of the concrete. Once penetrated the dirt is lifted from the concrete with a high-pressure surface cleaner. Lastly, the wand is used to remove the dirt.
Porches/Decks/Patios
All painted or stained porches are washed with a soft wash system. Medium pressure is used on bare wood porches. We start with a pre-wash and turn to a chemical solution to eradicate mold and dirt. After letting the solution sit it is washed off with water. Bare wood decks use a special solution for cleaning.
Fences
All painted, stained or vinyl fences are washed with a soft wash system. Medium pressure is used on bare wood fences.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutters and Downspouts are blown out and/or hand cleaned. Keeping your gutters clean, helps prevent water and structural damage.
